KUIH TAHI ITIK

okay, next is the food that called "tahi itik".maybe its sound disgusting, but this is the real names of the food..huhuhu...They are made of egg white plus some other ingredient and made into balls the size of a small baby's fist. It is so named maybe due to its colour which resembles that of the real thing.
actually, i also was not common with this type of kuih..however, i dont want to disappoint your hope and the, i will share the recipe of it...














Bahan-bahan:
5 biji putih telur itik / lebihan putih telur dari kuih bunga tanjung atau Jala mas
1/4 cawan gula caster
Sedikit air
2-3 sudu besar minyak
Sedikit daun pandan
Cara menyediakan:
Gaul gula dan putih telur.Kemudian panaskan kuali, masukkan sedikit air.Masukkan campuran gula dan putih telur dan daun pandan.Kacau jangan berhenti.Api jgn terlalu kuat.Kemudian masukkan minyak.Kacau lagi sehingga berketul dan adunan menjadi sebuku.Sejukkan.Sedia dimakan begitu saja.
